Inclusions: 

  • Two nights accommodation in the luxurious woodland deluxe suite
  • An exercise program including moving meditation and bush walks designed to get you moving and looking after your body.
  • A wellness program that examines key aspects of wellness and briefly goes through emerging health issues and how through focus on nutrition, movement and mindfulness, you can improve your overall well-being. Our Wellness program has two interactive workshops as well as a Guide and information for guests to take with them to support ongoing
  • For Spring 2016 we have added some specialty options to our program. Everything must be booked, and paid for in advance, minimum numbers will apply
  • A nutrition program that consists of providing guests with a specially designed menu of nutritious dinners, healthy start breakfasts and nourishing lunches as well as nutrient dense morning and afternoon teas. There will also be food preparation workshops that demonstrate how to prepare your own nourishing meals using seasonal and nutritious produce. 
  • Our signature 45 minute kodo massage in the luxurious and calming Bowral Day Spa
  • A meditation and mindfulness program including yoga and meditation sessions. 
  • Options for specializing your program to focus on the following practices
    . Yoga – $90 for up to 3 in a class or $60 for a one on one
    . Spa Treatment – 2 beauty Treatments $200
    . Wellness consultations – 2 x 30 min consultations and goal setting $200
  • Wifi for the duration of your stay
  • Access to in-house movies including a series of healthy living movies and videos
  • Access to pool and gym facilities

Bush Flowers - take a wander through the bush with our aboriginal legend Wendy accompanied by lover of beautiful flowers, Fiona, to look at the medicinal and healing nature of plants and flowers in our own surrounds. On your return create a "Tussie-Mussie" - a posy of fragrant flowers and herbs to take home with you
Wellness & Lifestyle Coaching Session – a one on one session with Monica, our talented and accomplished Wellness Coach & Yoga Teacher to discuss how best to integrate practical strategies into your life to live in a more vibrant, energised, productive way.
Cooking with Lucinda @ Cookability – A practical session with experienced local chef Lucinda to give you some simple ideas, and tips to feed yourself and your family nutritious meals.
