Thank you so much for the friendly and professional manner in which your staff guided us through the process of holding a wedding at the Gibraltar Hotel. From Cassie’s expertise in pre-planning and preparations on the day, to the efforts of the Breakfast room, Bar and other wait staff our day (and 2 night stay) was a huge success. The Hotel met all our expectations. We can thoroughly recommend using the terrace off the Harvey Bar (rain, hail or shine – and yes it did rain) for a small, intimate wedding ceremony and the dining room for the celebrations.

We really appreciate the professional yet very personal attention that you gave to us which made the whole experience a very memorable one. The room was set up perfectly, the staff were very attentive and unobtrusive and the food was great. You handled the 200 guests without drama including the 20 children. The children's table and room worked perfectly.

Gibraltar Hotel was just perfect for our wedding! They had everything we could need all in one beautiful location.

Nathan and I would love to express our sincerest gratitude for the fabulous hospitality both our wedding guests and we experienced over the weekend!!

Cassie your attention to detail with arranging everything from the welcome notes in our guests rooms, room reservation confirmation, to organising Harvey’s Bar and the private breakfast area was splendid! The complimentary champagne and chocolates in our room for Saturday night was a wonderful surprise as well!!

You never failed to execute any of my requests and it makes such a difference when you work with organised and interested staff who ensure that everything runs smoothly!!! This means a lot to me!

John your welcome face each time we came to visit Gibraltar in the lead up to our special day as well as on the day was brilliant!

Great service is hard to come by, let alone a warm familiar smile – so thanks for making us feel so welcome!

All our guests were so impressed with the service, the rooms, the bar, the food and of course the beautiful atmosphere that Gibraltar offers! Many times over we heard “It is so serene and relaxing!!
