San Fior Dining
TripAdvisor Award of Excellence 2015
When we built the hotel we wanted to create a dining experience that was warm, welcoming, luxurious, intimate…. a place you want to linger. Executive chef Ben Bamford and his team of chefs deliver a great dining experience at Gibraltar, including our epicure menu, high teas, and great seasonal a la carte menu.
Why is the restaurant called San Fior? It was the birthplace of Guido Uliana the family Patriarch. Like most northern Italians he taught his family the importance of good food and the family tradition has continued for nearly 50 years and is continuing today at Gibraltar Hotel.

When we built the hotel we wanted to create a bar and dining experience that was warm, welcoming, luxurious, intimate…. a place you want to linger a little longer. And, it seems we succeeded, we’ve had locals and guests alike settle in for a few hours relaxing on the terrace followed by dinner, drinks and some live music. We called the bar Harvey’s and it is unlike anywhere else in the Southern Highlands and it’s definitely the kind of place you want to call your local.
Harvey’s boasts the most beautiful bar you’ve ever seen, a large outdoor covered terrace and our intimate dining room, San Fior Dining. Open Monday to Thursday from 3 pm till late and Friday to Sunday 10 am till late, we serve lunch and dinner and host live music every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Linger a little longer in Harvey’s and make it your local.

High Tea, Gibraltar Style
Our High Tea menu is seasonal with daily changes, with sweet and savoury mini treats and can come with tea or champagne.

Launched for autumn, our High Tea menu is seasonal, with daily changes (according to what is fresh and flavoursome on the day) and includes a selection of fresh baked sweet and savoury pastries, house-made scones with fresh cream and condiments, freshly brewed leaf tea, espresso coffee or sparkling wine.
We’d love you to linger a little longer over our High Tea!
High Tea is served in Harvey's and is available from 2.30 to 4.30pm every Monday to Sunday.
